I hate his power progression so much it’s was done god awful. He was progressing in the early half then stopped then got literally everything in his arsenal during the last arc. I feel like rct and sd should of been gained during that shibuya to culling game period.

That’s a special case due to her being a twin regardless. Hazenoki only has so many body parts to blow up before he just can’t use his technique. Therefore he needs rct to use his technique.
