I was with Ipswich Town for 13 years and I don’t remember a single politician ever being hosted by the club. #ITFC can’t say they are proud to be inclusive,diverse and welcoming then host someone that is completely against those values?

Today, at County Hall I seconded the @LancsLabour budget proposals that would have: ✅️ Funded two new local schools. ✅️ Scrapped Preston's new bus gates. ✅️ Introduced a Fair Work Charter. ✅️ Created an ownership hub to expand democratic businesses. ✅️ Capped school bus fares at £1.50 return journey. ✅️ Undertaken a study to identity land and assets for new social housing, renewable energy generation and support the VCFS sector. ✅️ Commissioned a study with @NorthWestUNISON and other stakeholders to insource social care and take the profit motive out of the care market. All opposed by Reform UK who never support the rights of working people and always act in the interests of the mega wealthy they are funded by.

🚨🚨PLEASE SHARE 🚨🚨 Lancashire care workers and residents face vicious attacks by the new Reform UK council. Five care homes and day centres are ‘under review’. If these vital care services close, 300 people could lose their jobs and hundreds of people may lose their homes.

43% of disabled people in Ipswich will lose £1000s in support under the proposed Welfare Bill. This will put even more pressure on the foodbank you collect for on match days. We've written to @jackabbott90 urging him to vote against this bill which will force more into poverty

Sadly this encapsulates the reason we stood with #mcfc fans pre-match yesterday. Folk in Manchester watching on the telly whilst lads from Mallorca have prime seats courtesy of City’s assistant manager. Do better!

The 8 fans yesterday all wore real mallorca hats you can see the badge. Same as barca fans at anfield wearing shirts, if they got their tickets from club allocation (paid for them) is someone making money from club ticket? CM were told on the record this wouldn’t happen again.
