@ZeptoNow This is beyond frustrating. I ordered 2 boxes (32 packets) of Active Kitten Wet Food and every single packet is in liquid form instead of the usual thick mousse. It also smells bad. This is clearly a defective batch or improper storage issue.

This is not about preference. This product is unusable. Anyone who has used this before knows it is supposed to be thick mousse, not watery liquid!!

Also, why is my personal phone number being shared with delivery personnel in the first place?In 2026, most platforms mask user numbers to protect privacy. Why is this basic safety measure missing here?? I need a clear answer on this. I've attached the images below fyi!

This is a serious breach of user privacy and safety. I never consented to my number being stored or used beyond delivery. I expect: Immediate action against this individual and clarification on your data privacy policy Assurance this will not happen again!!
