@Matt_Stepp817 I saw something very similar to that a few weeks ago in a game I broadcasted. It was nuts.

Among the biggest officiating mishaps I've seen....the umpire rules incomplete incorrectly and blows the whistle (it wasn't incomplete) But then to to let the play continue to me is awful #txhsfb
