I just got contacted over WhatsApp from someone claiming to be in a Agean Airlines supervisor. They seemed pretty legit until they started asking me to sign up for a World Remit account so they can pay me compensation andMpesa. What the hell is going on with your company? Is this seriously how you handled issues with your customers. It attracts people who are looking to scam your customers? Find my bags! They are at the Athens airport! I can see them using my Apple AirTags.

@aegeanairlines This is what it costs me to change my vacation plans and fly to Athens to find my luggage. My Apple AirTags clearly show my luggage is at the airport. Nobody at @aegeanairlines seems to be able to do their job and send me my luggage. Will you refund my ticket?

@jmgards Hi, Jason. Our policies relating to overweight items help protect our People since lifting two 30 lb bags vs one 60lb bag puts more stress on the body. As such, we ask our Employees to consistently enforce our baggage guidelines, even if the item is one pound overweight. -Lina

@SouthwestAir Such 🖤! Rushing to Seattle because of a death in the family today. Bag was 8lbs over the maximum. Agent asked for $75. Asked manager to waive fee. She said that "Southwest treats all customers equally regardless of their circumstances." Are you serious?
