Volunteer Jonathan Alvarado entered the room of a 61-year-old woman with dementia last summer and assaulted her; her daughter had installed in-room cameras that captured it and turned footage over to police. Alvarado was charged with felony rape and lewd act on a dependent adult. He's out on bond. The daughter filed a $25M negligence lawsuit against him and the facility.
