It definitely is. 1998 Bills is 2nd in my lifetime. Started 0-3. Doug Flutie - a draft bust who was in the CFL- played great and they went 9-3 down stretch. The year before they were 6-10 and Marv Retried. Ralph was also being a dick saying he wanted more luxury boxes or else

If I had to guess today:
1. Raiders - Mendoza (put it in ink)
2. Jets - A Reese Yeah I’ve seen the recent everyone switching to Bailey. I’m not.
3. Cardinals - This is potentially the first trade out position. Would Dallas come up here for Bailey? We will pencil that in for now.
4. Titans - If Bailey is still on the board I believe he’d be the pick. If Bailey is gone, Styles, Love maybe Bain all gets looks.
5. Giants - Styles To me this feels like and either or. If Styles is here he seems obvious. If not, maybe Downs is Harbaugh’s new Kyle Hamilton.
6. Browns - Tate

Lots of free agency these days is choosing between younger, more expensive guys who are yet to really produce or cheaper, older guys who at least have a resume of success.
When you have a big QB contract, it’s easier to consistently land on the latter.

@thadbrown7 it also shows how Beane targets guys at the end of their playing career cause they are cheaper, and it also shows that maybe we didn't have a true Championship rooster and in hindsight, McD did a pretty good job with what he had especially considering injuries to key players.
