I’m really surprised you’re supporting this case. It’s a total embarrassment. First, after 20 years of working in restaurants, I’ve used the term “86” probably over a thousand times in various contexts- including joking around- always to mean “cancel”- not “murder”. I can honestly say I didn’t even know it COULD be used in that context. Second, our FBI and DOJ took 11 months building this asinine case? (Of course I’m not dumb enough to believe this. They threw this together in the last week or so to bolster Todd Blanche’s PR as he vies to be AG, and to help Kash’s image which is on life support). But ENOUGH with the gaslighting. Third, it’s bad enough for conservatives to now be celebrating DOJ/FBI weaponization- which is exactly what this is- but nobody seems to be thinking ahead to the fact that if we are going to normalize criminal indictments over social media jokes- what the hell do you think is going to happen to all of us when the left is back in charge? And fourth- but not last- this case is going to get tossed in 5 minutes (as it should) and just make them all look even more incompetent.

There is absolutely nobody in American criminal law enforcement who could claim ignorance as to what “86” could be interpreted as after the Gretchen Whitmer “86-45” scandal. Nobody @Comey
