Mexico is treated as a foriegn country for select reporting in AALA although when the legacy auto makers say "America"... they are cheekily saying 'North America' and not the USA, which feels super misleading. The choice is your own but clarity on details is key I think

Want to know how much of your car is actually "made" (not just assembled) in the USA? Apparently the American Automobile Labeling Act (AALA) defines 'domestic' as including both the USA and Canada (and maybe Mexico) making it impossible to know. Not great!

Start with a single brief and alternate choices/challenge of opposites for each Chef (or Normal) - If one cooks with dry heat the other must use wet heat (or boil) - Meat vs Plant proteins - Savory vs Sweet - Carbs (e.g. high GI/GL) vs Ultra Low GI/GL (e.g. < 5g) - Seasoning & Chili's vs Spices - Dairy vs Non-Dairy (e.g. Plant fats) - Pasta from wheat vs kelp, Kombu, tofu, and others - Etc... Could mix this in many ways... equipment, cooking physics, ingredients, heritage of the dish, etc
