Buy the demand. $EVZ ASX. $3.2 billion to establish the government owned Australian Fuel Security Reserve to increase long-term diesel and aviation fuel supply and storage. Brockman Engineering, division of $EVZ. Since 1922, the world’s biggest oil, gas and water companies have relied on Brockman Engineering for innovative and bespoke bulk water and fuel storage tank solutions. EVZ just raised guidance, full year revenue is expected to be in the range of $120 million to $125 million, delivering a forecast EBITDA in the range of $8.5 million to $9.0 million. Just closed the quarter with $21M in cash and banked $3.6M in cashflow while trading at $60M marketcap. I expect we see some profit taking at current prices (I have taken some of the table too having bought in the 20's) but keeping a large parcel on the table to capture long term upside here. theconversation.com/albanese-annou…

@frankie62131700 The commentary from PNS CEO Pelayo looked good to me but who know what happens behind the scenes. All depends on how the discussions go for phase 4 of the MoU. If they agree to advance then we have a winner, if they decide not to then I think its a dead duck. I still hold.

$GME The key framing here is dilution is not automatically bad. Bad dilution is issuing stock for something worth less than what you give up. Good dilution is issuing stock to buy an asset that compounds value faster than the dilution hurts. So the question becomes: Is eBay under Ryan worth enough to justify the dilution? If yes, GME holders are not screwed, they are being transformed from holders of a cash rich shrinking retailer into holders of a larger marketplace/commerce platform. If no, then yes, GME holders are being used as cannon fodder with brokerage accounts. Ryan has a proven track record. I am a believer.

@gamestop So a $12 billion dying company is offering to buy a $46 billion company, but for $50 billion. How does that work

Why is Hotcopper unable to provide a simple mobile app for Its platform? Using the site on a mobile browser is frustratingly bad. I could build it for them in a few days using Claude. Please feel free to contact me! @HotCopper

NDIS spending vs Medicare spending in Australia. Medicare covers 26.5 million people for about 34 billion, NDIS covers 700,000 for approximately 50-52 billion.

Homeless people are using dogs to test drugs for them on Skid Row in Los Angeles, California. Non-profit group Starts With One Today says dogs are being abused, thrown away, sold for drugs, neglected, and fed drugs to make sure there is no fentanyl. Animal advocates are ripping Mayor Karen Bass and other elected officials for not taking enough action. “We’re coming out here, risking our lives to help these dogs with no support from the government,” said volunteer Joey Tuccio.

Well done those that held $AYA during the correction. I added heavily when it dipped under $3. Recent price action proves once again to never panic sell.

A Trump insider opened a $51,000,000 oil short position — hours before Trump announced a ceasefire with Iran. This guy is now 16 for 16. $170 million in profit. A perfect streak. This is not a talented trader. "We placed the bet." "The ceasefire dropped." "We cashed out." Sixteen times in a row. That is not skill. That is not instinct. That is not research. That is someone who knows what is coming before it comes. Think about what that actually means. A private individual is placing a $51 million bet that oil prices are about to collapse — hours before a sitting president announces a ceasefire that collapses oil prices. Not once. Sixteen times. Zero losses. There are only two explanations and both should terrify you. Either someone inside the White House — or with direct access to it — is leaking ceasefire negotiations to traders before diplomats, before the press, before the American people hear a single word. That is insider trading. That is corruption. That is a federal crime. Or the timing of the announcement itself is being shaped around the trade. Which is worse. This is not a genius investor who reads the news faster than you do. The news hadn't happened yet. He wasn't reading the news. He was getting a phone call. While Americans were watching the ceasefire announcement and feeling relieved — somebody already knew. Somebody had already bet $51 million on it. And somebody was already counting their winnings. You are not watching a free market. You are watching a White House with a side hustle. Via~ Really American

Anthropic accidentally leaked their entire source code yesterday. What happened next is one of the most insane stories in tech history. > Anthropic pushed a software update for Claude Code at 4AM. > A debugging file was accidentally bundled inside it. > That file contained 512,000 lines of their proprietary source code. > A researcher named Chaofan Shou spotted it within minutes and posted the download link on X. > 21 million people have seen the thread. > The entire codebase was downloaded, copied and mirrored across GitHub before Anthropic's team had even woken up. > Anthropic pulled the package and started firing DMCA takedowns at every repo hosting it. > That's when a Korean developer named Sigrid Jin woke up at 4AM to his phone blowing up. > He is the most active Claude Code user in the world with the Wall Street Journal reporting he personally used 25 billion tokens last year. > His girlfriend was worried he'd get sued just for having the code on his machine. > So he did what any engineer would do. > He rewrote the entire thing in Python from scratch before sunrise. > Called it claw-code and Pushed it to GitHub. > A Python rewrite is a new creative work. DMCA can't touch it. > The repo hit 30,000 stars faster than any repository in GitHub history. > He wasn't satisfied. He started rewriting it again in Rust. > It now has 49,000 stars and 56,000 forks. > Someone mirrored the original to a decentralised platform with one message, "will never be taken down." > The code is now permanent. Anthropic cannot get it back. Anthropic built a system called Undercover Mode specifically to stop Claude from leaking internal secrets. Then they leaked their own source code themselves. You cannot make this up.
