@thesubmitter_ Ai can change it to a bad way not a good way as those information can be playable by Westerners unless a real Islamic builder builds it

AI is going to change how we learn Islam. I've been doing research in fiqh of finance for a few years. It's a notoriously hard subjects in Islamic law. But what used to take ages to wrap one's head around can now be studied in minutes, simply by inputting entire scholarly works into AI and getting it to produce examples and diagrams. We've even used AI to create animations on Replit for explainer videos we're making for scholars. Five-minute videos that break down super complex contracts. Islamic finance is typically slow-moving. AI is helping us move at 10x the pace. AI is doing to Islamic knowledge what the printing press and PDFs did centuries and decades ago.

This resonates, you just have to try. I once applied to a program that wasn't the right fit for what I'm building and the partner implicitly mentioned in the email that I might not be the right fit but I still booked the meeting anyway to see if magic happens. During the call, he confirmed the program was for companies already doing millions in revenue. He was surprised I still showed up. But he still jumped into the call and shared some genuinely valuable insights and advice. Sometimes you just have to show up, even when it's uncomfortable.

You don't need a $2M pre-seed to start building deep tech. When I started building @laminalabs (@ycombinator P26), I had no funding, no team of 10 engineers, and a vision that required serious GPU compute and AI infrastructure. So I did what any desperate founder would do. I cold emailed. I wrote to @agupta , who was building the YC student credits program. I told him I was going all in on building a deep tech project, why it needed serious compute, and the commitment I was putting behind it. I sent that email at 10:50 AM on November 14th. He replied at 10:52 AM. Two minutes. That reply changed everything. Thank you Ankit, that early access was the unlock. From there, it was months of grinding through architecture after architecture. Rewriting core pipelines more times than I can count. Shipping, breaking, rebuilding. Just me, Claude Code, and Codex running in parallel, the closest thing an early founder has to a 10-person engineering team, except they never call in sick. AI coding agents are the single greatest force multiplier available to founders right now. I'm not exaggerating. The leverage is unreal. Here's the thing most people get wrong: you don't need a massive round to get something real off the ground. You need compute credits, the right AI tools, and the willingness to grind through hundreds of iterations until the architecture clicks. If you're a student or early founder sitting on an idea that feels too ambitious, just start. Email the people building the programs. Apply for every credit you can find. Reach out to people you think won't respond. They will. The infrastructure to build serious things as a solo or two person team has never been more accessible. The funding comes after you've already started building something real. Because someone gave me that first unlock, I want to do the same: I'm giving away 5 x $50 Claude Code credits. And whoever ships the best project with that gets $200 in Claude credits from me personally. I know firsthand how much potential $200 in credits has for a builder who's willing to grind. Just comment below with the link to the coolest thing you've built. I will DM you myself.

Was waiting for Kraken 1099-DAs… But we can’t wait til 2027. If you have 1099-DAs for: > Coinbase > Crypto.com > Gemini > Binance US > and 10+ others You can turn your DAs into an 8949 for free using Awaken. Join 1,000s of others who have CEXs (on Awaken). It’s very easy: 1) drop it into Awaken 2) reconcile it 3) download form 4) yell at me if you have problems And here’s a cringy video of me announcing it. If you got onchain stuff, that part still costs money. So you should message me for discounts ;). Hope you enjoy the tizz.

Silicon Valley is out ❌ EUROPE is the future 🇪🇺 If you’re in FinTech, you’ll recognize a few familiar logos on the map 👇 Alright, maybe I’m exaggerating a little with this first line 😉, but I love seeing projects that celebrate what’s being built in Europe. Jeroen Westerbeek launched a brilliant initiative highlighting the strongest tech (including many FinTech) players across Europe, all mapped out in one interactive EU Tech Map: pampam.city/europe-rise-MP… Let's build this map together, and let’s put more FinTechs on the map! Who deserves a spot?

@ngjupeng Focusing on UX or privacy as standalone "selling points" is a common trap since anyone can build same thing. You are the hook as a founder, Neither UX/Privacy is they are just features. Bullish on JUPENG

Talked to 10 companies in the last two weeks Every company has their own setup or what I would call workarounds because theres no proper platform that handles everything. And here's the surprising part: privacy isnt what makes them switch/try your platform. They switch for minor UX improvements, small features, even free trials. Then, privacy is what makes them stay. The world needs @0xQash

Taylor courted some of the best startup founders from outside of crypto to try Solana while at Believe App Excited to have him grow the tent here on our consumer team @SolanaFndn
Taylor Fox@taylorfox__

Excited to announce that today is my first day at the @SolanaFndn working on growing the consumer ecosystem. The mission is to accelerate Solana ecosystem teams to bring billions onchain. Grateful to continue the work I love: find exceptional people and help them turn their ideas into reality. I have utmost conviction that Solana is and will continue to be the consumer chain, home of internet capital markets, and more. There's still so much work to do, we're still early, but even from glimpses so far it's clear: builders are here, momentum is real, and the best is ahead of us. If you're building something interesting, DMs are open - let's chat!

We have a lot more exciting news and developments coming soon. But to my entire network, we're hiring like mad men. Engineering, product design, and GTM feel please do reach out! Or if you just want to simply catch up - let's do it.

OpenAI just signed a disastrous deal for Muslims. The US government can now monitor private user information at a scale never seen before. Think post-911 surveillance but 1000X bigger. It's time for Muslims to stop the suhoor fests and start building + supporting: • AI companies • Payment & banking rails • Uncensored social media

Tonight, we reached an agreement with the Department of War to deploy our models in their classified network. In all of our interactions, the DoW displayed a deep respect for safety and a desire to partner to achieve the best possible outcome. AI safety and wide distribution of benefits are the core of our mission. Two of our most important safety principles are prohibitions on domestic mass surveillance and human responsibility for the use of force, including for autonomous weapon systems. The DoW agrees with these principles, reflects them in law and policy, and we put them into our agreement. We also will build technical safeguards to ensure our models behave as they should, which the DoW also wanted. We will deploy FDEs to help with our models and to ensure their safety, we will deploy on cloud networks only. We are asking the DoW to offer these same terms to all AI companies, which in our opinion we think everyone should be willing to accept. We have expressed our strong desire to see things de-escalate away from legal and governmental actions and towards reasonable agreements. We remain committed to serve all of humanity as best we can. The world is a complicated, messy, and sometimes dangerous place.

I’m thinking of starting a weekly series sharing stories from emerging markets and how crypto is solving problems for people. Every time I share one of these, the response is strong. Feels like there’s real appetite for this stuff. If you have a good story or know someone building something meaningful in these regions, send it my way. I’ll include it in the weekly series.

(Lack of) Privacy may the missing link for crypto payments adoption. Imagine, a company pays employees in crypto on-chain. With the current state of crypto, you can pretty much see how much everyone in the company is paid (by clicking the from address). 🤷‍♂️
