@Robert26Smith @MySportsUpdate Bears fan here I literally just watched our shredded de austin booker that added 10lbs of clean muscle his nutritionist hates omega 6 fatty acids.
English

Interesting: #Titans HC Robert Saleh said one of the first moves the team made in its nutrition overhaul was removing all seed oils from the building.
He says players have appreciated it.
Ari Meirov@MySportsUpdate
#Titans HC Robert Saleh was asked about opening the season against his former #Jets team: “I’m appreciative of the Jets and everything I had there. ... It’s to be expected with the NFL, but I didn’t think anything of it.”

@345marcel Don’t you want to take vitamin C and NAC away from workouts so they don’t blunt hypertrophy?
English

My goal is to look and perform better in my 30s, than I did in my 20s. Whole focus on mitochondria, anti-inflammation and collagen synthesis. So this is what I take and focus on:
> Stacking high dose Vitamin C (1-2g) with Glycine (10g) for collagen synthesis pre workout. Supplementing 2000mg NAC too, extra mitochondrial support with Glycine.
> Watch my Zinc:Copper ratio for collagen and elastin production. In my case supplement with extra Copper.
> High dose Omega 3, EPA/DHA specifically. 3-4.000mg. For lower inflammation and better recovery
> 200mg Ubiquinol to keep my mitochondria firing, help performance, keep energy high and also recover better from intense training.
> Rest of my lifestyle is spot on. Good sleep, elite hydration, very hard training, maximized micronutrient intake from diet with respect to calories. Keeping myself lean.

Going to roll back my stance on creatine. I had been off of this steroid for approximately five weeks. Started up again approximately two weeks ago and, with no other changes made to my routine, I am up five pounds. Zero improvement in strength, endurance, muscle fullness or hardening, cognitive abilities, sleep, nor can I fly. What is my “roll back”? I did say creatine did nothing for me. This isn’t true. Creatine has made my body retain five more pounds of water.

@ChrisSzamshreda @DeanTTraining Any tips for maintaining a solid deficit?

Had the whole skinny fat thing goin on and just couldn’t allow that for the summer.
I’ve been in shape before, knew mostly what to do but you can always learn more!
Massive shoutout to @DeanTTraining . Possibly the best account on this entire app to follow if you’re a man trying to improve physique. TYFYS 🫡

@Chicago_NFL Only if they can offload Montez, Jarret or Dayo. Otherwise they can’t afford it
English

Would you be in favor of the Bears trading for a legit DE before the season starts? #DaBears
English

@cirdec_187 @Chicago_NFL Definitely agree. And Dexter and turner and Pickens are 2nd/3rd rounders that haven’t panned out too
English

@Joefrom502 @Chicago_NFL Because he has to overpay guys like Sweat, Jarrett and Dayo, because he refuses to address the defensive line with high draft capital. The Bears having the 5th highest paid defensive line is laughable and a direct failure of Ryan Poles team building ability.
English

Here’s why I believe the Bears haven’t addressed the D-line:
1. Ryan Poles has misread the board a few times, and hasn’t been aggressive
2. Dennis Allen is very specific with his fits, narrowing the board.
3. Ben Johnson leans many picks toward offense.

@DeanTTraining What if you don’t get hungry until lunch time anyway and you still hit your daily protein goals? Are pre/intraworkout carbs still necessary?

Calling all morning fitness enthusiasts…
If you work out at 4 AM, 5 AM, 6 AM, 7 AM and you’re not sure what to eat/drink before your workout, read this:

goDie@goDieXB
@DeanTTraining Dean what can we do for those of us that hit the gym around 5/530 AM? Having to wake up even earlier to eat something might make me quit altogether. Can we eat the carbs evening before if we’ll be at gym by 530?
English

@ggabefootball Still think the first 3 picks will be used on OT, DE, S. Could also see a WR in the 2nd/3rd
English

“Overtraining” is largely a myth
Most people can’t, won’t and don’t push themselves anywhere near this point
Do the extra reps, sets and skip the rest day

There is a safety we have all seen Mocked to the Bears several times. Toledo safety Emmanuel McNeil-Warren.
No question that he’s a good, physical and tough player. IMO he’s a Brisker clone and they didn’t want to bring Brisker back. From what I understand, they are looking for a safety similar to Coby Bryant who is a VG cover safety.McNeil-Warren is a zone safety who can play down low.
We can never say it won’t happen but I don’t see the fit. If they wanted that type player they could have kept Brisker for 5M

@TheGistGiant @MLFootball @lexiosborne @bturner23 @BradHensonPro @theonlydyl_ It’s definitely a drug
English

@MLFootball @lexiosborne @bturner23 @BradHensonPro @theonlydyl_ If 80% are on it and still playing at this level, maybe we should stop calling it a drug and start calling it a supplement.
English

@GBraggsJr23 What’s awful about it? Great script, performances, score, set design. The ending was over the top is my only critique
English

@limitingpatrick @MovieEndorser They’re both overrated and think they’re more profound than they are. Interstellar has the better score and better performances without a doubt.
English

@Joefrom502 @MovieEndorser Right Hail Mary is way better and not a self serious overrated movie. I agree.
