Seller sells and ships a Goodwin Champs Michael Jordan auto PSA dual 10. Buyer claims an empty box received. eBay sides with the buyer and refunds $50K back to him. What are your thoughts on this situation? How can you protect yourself as a seller from this happening? Buyers seem to get the benefit of the doubt when it comes to eBay. Just overall, a very unfortunate situation

@bigwerms @rdaex1 In all fairness — the actual cards from the product are nice — just like the marketing materials. Prob not 25k tho The FOTL bonus was the buy back auto — which were dogshit. It’s honestly weird too bc panini had hundreds of great Mahomes black box 1/1’s a few years back.

So.... You buy a box of mahomes cards for 25k. The first 2 pictures are what is advertised in the marketing materials. Second 2 are cards pulled from boxes so far... Just base and inserts with an in person auto. You can find dozens of IP autos on eBay for less than 1k How fast do you file a charge back with your credit card company??
