Due to ignorant or no ticket checking staff, many people seem to travel without valid ticket. I am experiencing it now.
Very disappointing experience with @Niva_Bupa .. the hospital is having issue with their portal (Vitraya) and hence submitting claim for cashless preauth via email but there’s no response! Is this how you treat your customers @NivaBupaSupport ?

@zomato@zomatocare - I placed an order and the delivery partner has marked it as delivered, but I have not received the order. Trying to call him but he is not answering. The support on the app is totally unhelpful, asking for an email and expect response in 24 hours.
These 2 passengers in Dombivli bound AC local seem to be consuming alcohol. No @RPFCR or @Central_Railway employee available to raise the complain. @drmmumbaicr please look into this.

Peak of negligence and poor service by @Thyrocare@pharmeasyapp - I booked diagnostic test for today 6- 7AM, and phlebotomist is still not assigned. They don’t even have courtesy to inform about unavailability. The tests required fasting and for 10-12 hours. Still no update.
@Thyrocare This is the complaint number 802312 and the name of Unhelpful rude customer service representative is Ruhi, who is clearly denying everything that @pharmeasyapp and @Thyrocare claims.
And they claim 100% cash back if the tests are delayed. But when contacted customer service they are not able to provide any update on the phlebotomist and also denying refund. It is completely their fault and a fraudulent service by @Thyrocare

@Olacabs I need some help. I forgot my luggage bag at the Ola Prime pickup counter (3) at @navimumairport arrival pickup. Can someone please help confirming if it is still there or submitted to lost & found? I will appreciate the assistance and arrange for pickup
