I love getting to play with new stimuli. I’ve never tossed sandbags prior to this year, but I’ve noticed that it teaches you more coordination under load than any other exercise other than Olympic lifting. Triple extension, proper bracing, and fluid motion is all required for the sandbag to go over the shoulder. Highly recommend adding sandbags to your training.
