The Framers of our Constitution explicitly warned against this exact concentration of power. Thomas Jefferson possessed the strategic foresight to recognize this vulnerability, famously warning that judicial review could easily become a tyrannical despotism. Universal injunctions were virtually non-existent before the 2000s. They exploded into existence specifically to sabotage President Trump’s first term. This allows a single judge to bypass Congress entirely and act as the supreme national policymaker. This represents absolute judicial supremacy. It invites a catastrophic constitutional crisis. The executive branch will eventually be forced to defy these illegitimate orders to maintain national security, or the public will lose all faith in the system entirely. President Trump’s agenda of border security, bureaucracy cuts via DOGE, and fiscal restraint directly reflects the undeniable 2024 mandate. Blocking this agenda is an act of pure, unfiltered political warfare by other means. Left unchecked, this system dooms any reformist movement. The radical left currently targets the America First agenda because it threatens their corrupt, unearned authority. The Republic requires an accountable government to survive. Judicial veto by injunction guarantees unaccountable, totalitarian rule.

SCOTUS may rule that birthright citizenship is constitutional, using precedent and a loose interpretation of an earlier ruling, so we may need to approach the issue of one million Chinese communists voting in our elections in the future differently. As it holds, they can’t even be denaturalized. There would definitively and permanently be no solution and creating citizens of those who dilute our values is republic ending. What we can do now, is aggressively and publicly enforce FARA, the Espionage Act, and related statutes against anyone (citizen or not) acting under CCP direction. Prosecute espionage, influence ops, and undisclosed CCP ties. That’s really it though. If it’s ruled constitutional for anyone infiltrate and dismantle our republic, all we can do is try to disincentivize it. How utterly demoralizing.

Kind of dumb to post this. The moon does has a name. It’s “Luna.” All of the planets are named after Roman gods (except Uranus). Earth is “Terra.” So, the moon and sun also have Latin names, “Luna” and “Sol,” respectfully. We usually call Earth’s moon “the moon” because it was the only known moon until 1610.
