@nickmangwana@MthuliNcube01 Mthuli is always explaining. Minister of Explaining. He still feels he is teaching University students. When most of the time is spent on explanations just no hapana kwatiri kuenda
“The journey toward mono-currency will no longer be driven by dates, it is no longer date driven but rather determined by conditions in the market.“ Minister of Finance, @MthuliNcube01
I’m pleased to announce that I will be presiding over the Presidential Boreholes Official Opening on 22 May 2026 in Cowdray Park, Bulawayo, on behalf of President ED Mnangagwa.
This occasion is yet another testament to what we can achieve when we unite as one nation, regardless of our political differences. Together, we can build our country and move with purpose toward the realization of Vision 2030.

@ndashayazita@ZimViral 1 Timothy 5:17–18 (ESV) “Let the elders who rule well be considered worthy of double honor, especially those who labor in preaching and teaching. For the Scripture says, ‘You shall not muzzle an ox when it treads out the grain,’ and, ‘The laborer deserves his wages.’”
@JohnBanda32@ZimViral It's discouraging them from burdening the flock. There's no reason they cannot support themselves.
1 Timothy 5:8 also applies to them - "Anyone who does not provide for their relatives, and especially for their own household, has denied the faith and is worse than an unbeliever."
@ndashayazita@ZimViral The post didn’t say anything about living lavishly from tithes and offerings it’s only discouraging Pastors from being full time in Ministry saying they should have a secular job
@JohnBanda32@ZimViral And no one has any problem donating to the church if the leaders don't live lavishly or make half the sermon about tithes and collections.
And that's what you are missing about Jackie's post.
@JohnBanda32@ZimViral But the point is he didn’t live lavishly off of their generosity. He worked with his hands when he could and used donated funds to help those in need (Acts 11:29, 30), not for his personal gain.
