@AlexFinn I have Tesla solar and OpenClaw, and I like the idea of it, but solar rarely covers it all your power needs

Do you understand how cool this is? On my desk is a DGX Spark running a Hermes agent powered by Qwen 3.6 It runs 24/7/365 doing tasks for me. Doesn't matter if the internet goes out. I have super intelligence running for me at all times Next step I want to get a Tesla solar roof so I'm dependent on NOBODY to run my intelligence. Even if they cut off my power I'll keep going. This is the future. Sovereign intelligence.

@garrytan Glad you are safe. So sad that it ended that way, but glad no one else was really majorly injured.

Front row at the White House Correspondents’ Dinner last night, as a guest of WHCA President Weijia Jiang. A night celebrating the First Amendment turned surreal when Secret Service scrambled to evacuate POTUS, the VP, and cabinet members, overturning chairs in front of 2,000 reporters just moments after I snapped this photo. Through it all, Weijia led with grace. Proud to call her a friend. Moments like these remind us how our country must heal. We need to come together in community and re-embrace what actually unites us: life, liberty, and the pursuit of happiness.

OpenClaw is the most significant innovation since ChatGPT and Claude Code It’s the third shockwave that will be felt by all
Onur Solmaz@onusoz

You need to understand one fact about OpenClaw People are biased and incentivized to spread disinformation about OpenClaw. That is because OpenClaw IS NOT PUMPING ANYONE’S BAGS, unlike most other projects Literally every other for-profit agent product is incentivized to trash OpenClaw, BECAUSE OpenClaw is a neutral third party across the industry and geopolitical scene. They MAKE MONEY when OpenClaw loses OpenClaw does not worry about making money for some investors. Its founder @steipete is a successful exited founder. He is motivated by having fun and democratizing AI, literally. That is why he is suddenly so loved by everyone. He cares about PEOPLE, not MONEY “OpenClaw is bloated” -> Since beginning of March, OpenClaw is thinning its core and putting functionality in plugins behind a plugin SDK. Having numerous plugins to choose from does not mean bloat. This was already copied by others and is still a work in progress “OpenClaw is not secure” -> OpenClaw has the most eyeballs and immediately addresses any security advisories as soon as they come. It is the most secure agent, by sheer pressure “OpenClaw is bought by OpenAI” -> Then why is my bank account so empty bro??? All maintainers are literally unpaid and working DOUBLE beside their dayjobs to ship features to you. Do you think VC money can buy that kind of commitment? Once you understand these facts, you’ll like OpenClaw even more. Because OpenClaw is your AI, People’s AI And you can join us too. OpenClaw is the easiest-to-join project in AI right now. You just need to start using it, and start making good contributions. If you are competent, you can become a maintainer, and join the rest of the team making history!

@tenobrus @garrytan I'm a Wispr Flow super user (400k+ words dictated). I fail to see it. Especially when it comes to actually whispering your dictation, Which is super useful at times. Wispr Flow definitely beats Aqua in that category.

@AlexFinn What do you say to @steipete ‘s comment that “no one should use a local model” (on a pod recently)

If you have your OpenClaw working 24/7 using frontier models like Opus, you're easily burning $300 a day. That's $100,000 a year. I have 3 Mac Studios and a DGX Spark running 4 high end local models (Nemotron 3, Qwen 3.5, Kimi K2.5, MiniMax2.5). They're chugging 24/7/365. I spent a third of that yearly cost to buy these computers I'll be able to use them for years for free On top of that they're completely private, secure, and personalized. Not a single prompt goes to a cloud server that can be read by an employee or used to train another model I hope this makes it painfully obvious why local is the future for AI agents. And why America needs to enter the local AI race.

I flew on @SouthwestAir this week and was saddened by how much the culture has changed. It is just a generic airline now. No fun, no spunk, no differentiation. bit.ly/3Nc8ohA

@johnhelmuth_ @cgtwts appearing in court is a small portion of most lawyer's time (w/ exception of certain lawyers, i.e. DA's, PD's, etc.)

@cgtwts Disagree about the lawyers one. Lawyers still need to navigate the actual courtroom and appeal to emotions of the jury. AI can provide facts, but (unfortunately) facts aren’t the only thing that matter in a courtroom.
