@EvriDeliveryCom it has been 3 weeks and I am unable to locate my return, so I have LOST MONEY. Impossible to get help on the online chat or speak to a person. Terrible customer service!!?

4th time spending an hour on the phone to try and resolve an overcharging issue and still no engagement!
When we spoke I was promised action and have received nothing!
@parcelforce 5 failed deliveries (I was at home each time), 5 long phone calls, 3 failed promises to help and still no delivery! I know these are challenging times but this really is awful customer service!!
