@thameswater is it your policy to avoid customer services complaints for as long as possible until we give up? 4th time spending an hour on the phone to try and resolve an overcharging issue and still no engagement! When we spoke I was promised action and have received nothing!

@parcelforce 5 failed deliveries (I was at home each time), 5 long phone calls, 3 failed promises to help and still no delivery! I know these are challenging times but this really is awful customer service!!
