I’d like to clear up a few misconceptions regarding Thomas Massie and his primary loss. Representatives are expected to do just that; represent their constituents. Thomas Massie failed, miserably. Kentucky is an agricultural commonwealth. He did very little for the farmers, ranchers, and those who work tirelessly to put food on their table and yours. That is why Thomas Massie was rejected last night. If Ed Gallrein fails Kentuckians, he too, will be voted out. Restoring our country to greatness begins and is centered at the local level.

@lagerandgospel2 @garonnevik I was raised with margarine. I don’t think my mother ever gave me an adequate explanation for that. As soon as I was buying groceries, butter was the choice and has been for decades.

@garonnevik I grew up only eating margarine, which we called butter. I met my wife and we both were shocked that she never had margarine and I never had real butter.

We had supper with some friends last night at their house, and it was delicious and amazing. I did have to explain to my kids what margarine is, and I was one part proud, another part embarrassed. We are going to have to work on our tolerance for supping in margarine households.
