@NickCho Tipping is the worst western concept tht I’ve learned. Since I started w/good min wage, going forward by paying my team good wages; we instill the idea tht “tips” is a bonus to wages, that one went the extra mile on top of doing their own job. NOT chasing tips coz of low wages.
