@Bell_Support Nationally this outage might seem small but its not. Red flag, canary in a coal mine, whatever. It appears Bell has major management flaws. Canada is going through huge changes, and Bell might be unable to protect our sovern communication infrustructer.

@Bell_Support If Bell’s PR. Dept had researched (knowledgeable/accurate information from repair crews) and published how extensive the damage is, the precision techniques employ in repairing fibre-optic cable and an informed estimate of repair time, then customers could make alternate plans.

@Bell_Support Bell’s PR. Dept. then shifts focus to the hard-working repair crew and publishes uninformed timelines instead of doing the hard work of gathering and publishing accurate information.

@Bell_Support Instead of providing accurate/timely statements, Bell’s public relations depart was quick to publish a responsibility post, “We have confirmed that the cause of the service interruption in downtown Toronto was a third party not affiliated with Bell conducting work in the area.”

@Bell_Support It’s Sunday morning, day three of Bell Outage and our neighbour has no internet, telephone or television. Bell’s outage site hasn’t been updated since yesterday. Bell’s Public Relations Department has dropped the ball.

@tedcruz Terrorists? You all can see the same things we can, they let people in. You really want us to believe that unarmed civilians can take the Capitol (one of the most secure buildings in DC) in under an hour? If they wanted it secure and locked down, they could have done so.

Devastating. Heidi and I are lifting up in prayer the family of the U.S. Capitol Police officer who tragically lost his life keeping us safe. He was a true hero. Yesterday's terrorist attack was a horrific assault on our democracy. Every terrorist needs to be fully prosecuted.
