It seems that Vance arrived in Islamabad without the full authority to reach an agreement with Iran, unlike Ghalibaf. @GoIShadow People fail to understand Iran bcs of the negative perception created by Western narratives over decades. Many are inclined to believe Iran is no good bcs its a Muslim country. Some even desperate to separate Persia from Islamic Iran. This was exactly the US mistake with Iran.
