Your agent just swapped your tokens at a bad price during a volatile ten minutes. Here's what you get: a transaction hash, a timestamp, and nothing else. That's the problem with most "AI agent + crypto" products right now. They're not a new category. They're a UI wrapper on a centralized API call that happens to touch a wallet. Putting a transaction on a blockchain doesn't make the decision behind it trustworthy if the actual reasoning still happens off-chain, inside someone's private model, with zero way to audit why it did what it did. That entire decision lives in a private model nobody outside the company can inspect. The chain just recorded the outcome, not the thinking. People get this wrong because they're grading agents on what they output, not on whether the reasoning behind that output can be checked by anyone besides the company that built it. A wallet address doesn't fix that. It just gives the black box a receipt. I'd change my mind the day agent reasoning is verifiable by default, not bolted on as a premium feature. That's the actual hard problem. @RallyOnChain leaning on GenLayer's consensus model to make evaluation itself auditable is one of the few things I've seen actually built around that gap instead of ignoring it. Most of the infrastructure being built right now is still designed around humans directing agents. I wonder how different things will look once the default assumption becomes that autonomous agents are directing themselves within defined boundaries.

I really like this domain name because, aside from the fact that it’s obviously associated with the word "Value", making it ideal for startups in the financial sector... On top of that, "Valur" comes from Old Norse and means “The Chief” or “The Ruler.” It's short, easy to remember, write, and pronounce.
