My 1st Rental Agreement with @atomHQ - Buyer has the option to buy at any point while I retain the ownership. Interested to see how these rentals work out.

clearbrain .com just ended at $2,950 in the GoDaddy auction. The auto bidder won it. Was planning to go up to $2k after @synozeer flipped MindMesh .com ($10.5k → $150k). Potentially an actual end user bidding, so I passed. Prefer liquidity from stocks right now.

@nameoffice @atomHQ I understand. Also I know the team are great closers so with these leads it’s likely not the platform but the buyer. Easy to point fingers and many of us do when deals aren’t closed but they only make money when they sell names so they do the best they can with the leads.

that's actually exactly what I'll be doing. I did it for many, many years at Brandroot before I sold it. I don't remember ever getting decent offers like these and being unable to close so many. I don't remember the last time they were able to close on an offer on one of my domains.

I'm now fully convinced that @atomHQ does not have the ability to close on domain offers... not a single one closed this year. I don't know what their problem is but I can guess... 1. They don't communicate quickly enough. 2. Counter-offer language is bad. 3. No sales ability outside of direct purchases?
