I want judiciary who are held to account for their decisions. At the moment they are answerable to no one and regard themselves as superior beings to ordinary people.

Since when were judges supposed to be 'elected'? Do you want that parochial American-style culture of appointing someone who reflects popular prejudices of the moment, or do you want a judge who observes and interprets laws (which are passed in a separate process by elected MPs)?

@johntierney88 I think most folk would not be silly enough to post images of the bride walking up the aisle but reality is they do. All just to be “first” to do it. It’s pathetic. For me, go enjoy the day and don’t be worrying about how many likes your social media posts are getting.

I don’t agree by the "no wedding pics rule until the couple says so" rule. Couples might want privacy, quality control, and to share their moments first, but guests should be free to share as they wish at any time! Do you agree?

@johntierney88 I get what you’re saying, and generally would agree. However, as always, there’s always a few who take that liberty and go too far and ruin it for everyone else. I am happy with folk sharing pics of the day, but would leave the bride & groom out. They don’t have time that day

@JohnPaulConner3 ...not to downplay the importance of weddings—they're truly significant (sacramental) 😄 But I believe guests' pics afterward wouldn't overshadow official ones. Maybe it's an unnecessary self-imposed rule, god knows the reason😄

This does my head in. Guys like Keir Starmer and John Swinney get criticised for not being personable enough. This isn't 'I'm a celebrity get me out of here' they are wanting to run the country. Far rather have dour and competent than Bozo or Truss.

@CamillaTominey People are saying that Starmer was better. I think both were crap. Keir lacks any personality, and Rishi was under attack (for justifiable reasons), and it felt completely lacklustre.

@LT___83 In my school a teacher was caught in the back of a car with a 14 year old pupil in the school car park. Teacher was female and pupil male so not much made of it, she got suspended then moved to another school close by soon after.

40 odd year old RE teacher shagged a 17 year old, got outed in the papers, got his teaching license revoked. And then a few years later left his wife, shagged her again and now they’ve got two kids and are married. True love story, just as god intended🙏

Thinking about Scottish ⚽️ & fans’ interest in their own league over others. People mostly like 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿⚽️ despite proximity to England. Biggest mistake by clubs IMO was to take the PL as its inspiration instead of a different path many years ago. But 🏴󠁧󠁢󠁳󠁣󠁴󠁿 ⚽️ still has its own culture.
