The fact that you had a rough life doesn’t mean that someone else hasn’t. I don’t get this narrative of Ilia having an easy upbringing. The guy is a refugee, brought up by his aunt and sisters, who had to immigrate and start life from scratch. He’s been in plenty of ‘rooms’.
