@GainZillaX @balajis However, many authorization systems include a trusted intermediary. This needs to be fixed. Zero trust is the only sustainable way.

@balajis Exactly. The 20th century relied on *trust-based systems*: banks, notaries, wet signatures. The 21st century requires *verification-based systems*: blockchains, cryptography, digital signatures. Trust is fragile. Math isn’t.

@ComplicatedIsOK It is even worse than that. Hard forks and reorgs like ETHs DOA show that majority approved protocol violations happen in real life. It is not just theory that says that the majority cannot be relied upon the identity the truth.

Personal note - my mind is blown, in a bad way - Putting here for the record that I had a discussion this morning with someone who wanted to challenge every technical result about Geeq and told me I wasn't being forthcoming or logical I've never been accused of that before in my entire life. I'm my own harshest critic about whether there any any qualifications I should be making about what I'm saying. What I said was rock solid, it was falling on deaf and antagonistic ears - If fud starts because there's talk that Geeqs don't know what they're talking about, you'll know where it came from and we are willing to refute any challenge. I don't need everyone to be a fan, in fact, I know most people won't care about diving into the weeds (I will give this person credit where credit is due). However, it is frustrating to see that even amongst those enlightened enough to want to go there, the entrenched blockchain commonplaces run deep - and those common beliefs have no basis in proof. This has, in fact, been shown - see last week's Geeq Spaces from my mathematical economics co-founder who does axiomatic game theory - and yes, this is every bit as rigorous as it sounds. Defending decentralized security on the basis of node count alone is a non-starter. It is based on a rosy view of the majority. It does not admit the possibility that it is possible for a majority to be wrong, or bribed, or co-opted, or taken over by bots. Even with people controlling the nodes - lots of people can vote for the wrong thing. That shouldn't be in dispute by anyone who is rational. With AI entering markets, the alarm should be increasing, not ignored. Crypto isn't rational. "Optimistic proofs" should be outlawed as a phrase. It is an oxymoron and should be called out as such. Just as the name "the blockchain trilemma" did so much damage because "trilemma" gave it the mathy gravitas it never earned, so it was taken as a serious fact when it was basically a diagram of a triangle, the appeal to "optimistic proofs" should be a clear signal that the integrity of your chain is based on wishful thinking. I'll go back to keeping my feelings to myself. Bookmark this if there is any problem because the one thing I cannot abide is having the integrity of our work questioned.

The data poisoning to AI inputs has already begun. Do you know what that means? It means AI must know the provenance of the data that's used. And the only one who can do that credibly, at scale, is Geeq. Otherwise you get caught in the Matrix.

Still confused about the blockchain "trilemma"? You are not alone. It's 2023. Let's start over. This went out to the broader world in @CoinTelegraph's Report last week. Thoughts? Drop questions and comments below. Please stay on topic. @EconDAO research.cointelegraph.com/reports/layer-…

Re: Blockchain security It's been very nice to see censorship resistance re-emerge as a desirable property in general discussions. Some thoughts on Geeq's excellent censorship resistance. 🧵
Stephanie So@ComplicatedIsOK

@DavideCrapis Can say with pride that @GeeqOfficial's protocol satisfies these properties as well as the ledger-growing property that @sreeramkannan included later. Geeq's protocol is extremely elegant as well as robust. I invite you and Sreeram and other thought leaders to ask questions.

Re: #blockchain security Danksharding, on the Ethereum roadmap, will "remove proposer-builder separation (PBS)". Geeq never included it in the first place. Security is not an afterthought. It's our first thought. #BeAGeeq

In case you missed it: ⭐️Geeq's basic infrastructure does not use #SmartContracts, because sometimes they are neither smart nor contracts. Co-Founder @John_P_Conley presented these slides @morpheuslabs_io hackathon, sponsored proudly by @GeeqOfficial. slides.geeq.io/morpheus-labs/

3/ 🚀 Geeq on the other hand, builds functions into its validation system that can handle, generically, services that are commonly required for any next-level application, including attestation services, mints, and secure atomic transfers for #NFTs at low costs. 🪙
