I’ll be doing things differently.
We need a leader who’ll get out and speak to people about their local areas. That’s what I’ll do as Mayor.

Openly calling Ann Widdecombe "poisonous" and a "bigot".
Declaring "we must stand up to them".
The left has pushed this rhetoric on the right for years along with the legacy media.
They put targets on anyone who doesn't agree with them.

It is difficult to listen to Labour MP Lucy Powell call for “civility” in politics — the very same MP who dismissed the grooming gangs as “a dog whistle” & presided over a campaign of blatant lies and misinformation in Gorton & Denton.

This is Leigh, Andy Burnham’s old constituency. The residents here love their town, but they recognise neglect when they see it and are honest enough to say so.

Elections are how politicians seek a mandate. Nigel, is choosing to put his political future directly in the hands of the electorate. That’s what democratic accountability looks like. If other parties so convinced Nigel has done wrong, why aren’t they putting that argument to the voters?
