My new friend @opinioncasino gave his opinion on CardoneCapital’s recent $14,000,000 return of capital to investors. He suggested I had nuked the investors and instead he got nuked publicly & is attempting to play the race card. He called me an ape and I told him to quit acting like a chimp. I am the ape and he is the chimp in the real estate jungle hierarchy. I rein supreme in real estate crowdfunding raising more money, $2B, than any other person ever. We allow ordinary people to invest in institutional quality real estate along side me. This has never been done at Scale before and traditionally these assets are only available to the wealthiest of the wealthy. The black community should be doing this for your own people. Now all that being said, had I known Mr. Mitchell was a black man, as i am racially sensitive, I would have simply called him a chump and bitch.
