Products (mine died after 14 months) I just wanted to say how helpful Samsung being during these tough times by letting me pay for a technician to come out because I passed my warranty.. This is totally wrong.

@SamsungCanada purchase a 75" NU6900 4K UHD HDR PurColour Smart LED TV April 22, 2019. TV turning off and on itself. Your tech support suggested to get a technician out at my own expense because warranty has ended by just 2 months. Yes he said Samsung does not sell short life

@Samsung your tech support just told me you don't sell short term life products. But yet my tv just died after 14months now you guys want me to pay for the technician to come out and fix it.. Thanks for the help during these tough times..

@Samsung purchased a 75" NU6900 4K UHD HDR PurColour Smart LED TV April 22, 2019 and today it started turning on and off itself. Called Samsung tech support and the solution is a tech to come out but warranty has passed (I have to pay) , by what 2 months.
