Today, I met with @AmbKawar to discuss the new nonstop flights between DFW and Amman and the opportunities they create for business, tourism and cultural exchange. The Ambassador also delivered Jordan’s flag to City Hall as Dallas prepares to welcome its team to #FIFAWorldCup26.

Dallas’s 911 and 311 employees are on the front lines of keeping Dallas safe by ensuring residents get the timely help they need. I visited their call centers to see firsthand the work they do for our city. Thank you to these dedicated public servants for their service to Dallas!

I am constantly inspired by the dedication and selflessness our police officers show daily in the fight to keep Dallas safe. Today, on Dallas Police Memorial Day, we honor the sacrifice and keep alive the memory of the 95 police officers who have given their lives in that fight.
