South Carolina families deserve transparency and results, not moving goalposts, cost overruns, or empty promises. The legislature was asked for another $150 million even after Scout snubbed us by putting its HQ in North Carolina while our taxpayers are paying to build its plant here. As your next Governor, I will fight for clear accountability: taxpayer-funded incentives must be spent openly, include enforceable clawbacks, and only reward real jobs and real investment. Period.
