@newstart_2024 I’ve been in Mexico for the last 4 months, I’ve been in a couple of hospitals… No way in hell would I let them stick a needle in me and do anything with my blood.

Dana White revealed the wildest “blood detox” he’s dying to try: You fly to Tijuana, they stick a needle straight into your jugular, run your blood through a machine for 3 days to filter out metals, mold, toxins… then pump it back in. Steven A. Smith & Steve Harvey both did it and said: “Eyesight better. Hearing better. Felt incredible.” Dana: “I gotta go do this.” This is therapeutic plasma exchange / apheresis — used in some autoimmune and cancer protocols to remove inflammatory molecules and toxins from blood. Tijuana clinics market it aggressively for “general detox” and longevity, though mainstream U.S. medicine limits it mostly to specific diseases. Would you ever do a 3-day jugular blood-filtering detox in Mexico? Or does this sound like next-level biohacking… or too wild? Your take 👇

RFK Jr. eats beef twice a day… and his go-to cut is always the same. “Strip. That’s what I eat. I eat beef every day. Usually twice a day.” No kale smoothies. No “balanced plate.” Just strip steak, daily. Simple, high-protein, zero apologies. Are you team “beef every day” like RFK Jr.? Or do you think twice-a-day red meat is too much in 2026? Your take 👇

@DerringerInBelt Wrong. Even if you ignore things like a stomach ph of around 1.5 (carnivore scavenger category) and that most fruit/vegetables are modern inventions… Nitrogen isotope testing confirms that we’ve been eating primarily meat and fat for the last 3.5 million years.

@newstart_2024 What a dull mono-diet. Sounds like a great way to hate steak for the rest of your life. Primates are meant to eat fruits and vegetables, not domesticated ungulates.

@Hangman_Dan I prove grok wrong almost every day. You were right the first time. Humans are not closed dynamic systems, neither are we bomb calorimeters. We do not get our energy from heat (calories are heat) we use chemical energy. Mass in vs mass out.

I must stand corrected. According to Grok: Yes to the physics question — the laws of thermodynamics are inviolable here. No to the idea that CICO alone captures the full reality of human weight regulation. Bottom lineThermodynamics does apply: No energy deficit = no (net) fat loss. CICO is true but incomplete as a practical explanation — it ignores biology, hormones, food quality effects on appetite/satiety, variable efficiency, and adaptive responses. Weight loss ultimately requires an energy deficit, but how easily you achieve and sustain that deficit depends heavily on diet composition, hormones, environment, behavior, and individual physiology.

@DawnsMission Vitamin K2 is known to aid in reducing arterial plaque and Natto/Nattokinase is high in…? Vitamin K2 But everyone get excited about NATO and ignore the K2 🤷🏻‍♂️ People are fu*king dumb.

Why hasn’t nattokinase replaced statins? Joe Rogan discussed a study where 1,062 people took it for a year. Ultrasound showed their arterial plaque shrank 36%. This enzyme stops new blockages and reverses existing plaque. Why not mainstream yet?

My wife was formerly promiscuous. I was a virgin. She was then radically born-again. Committed to church, evangelized constantly, Puritan books in her bedroom, prayer journals, grief over past sexual sin, etc. We got to know each other well for over a year, dated for four months, engaged for two and a half, and didn't sin sexually with one another. Our first kiss with each other was at the altar on our wedding day (reaction pic attached!). We've been married for over five years now, and she's been the most wonderful and godly wife, mother to our three children, and homemaker you could imagine. She's more pure than most virgins, as biblical purity has less to with past sins (though they certainly matter) and more to do with one's current posture of the heart and daily decisions to honor the Lord (Matt. 5:8). We're far too quick to forget the story of the woman labeled as a known "sinner" (likely a prostitute) in Luke 7:36-50 who was washing Jesus' feet with her tears while kissing them too. The Pharisees were shocked that Jesus let a public sinner do this. Jesus responded with a parable about debts being forgiven and ended with this powerful conclusion: "Her many sins have been forgiven; that’s why she loved much. But the one who is forgiven little, loves little" (Luke 7:47). Everyone seems to highlight the benefits of virginity, and it certainly is a blessing. But we forget to highlight the benefits of being forgiven much as well. My wife knows the depths of Jesus' forgiveness more than most people, enabling her to more easily live out a life of passionate love for her Savior. A woman or man's past sexual sin matters. But what matters far more when it comes to deciding who to marry is if the person is truly born again, if their repentance is real, if they truly have a heart for Christ, if they truly follow Jesus and obey his commands. "God has chosen what is foolish in the world to shame the wise, and God has chosen what is weak in the world to shame the strong. God has chosen what is insignificant and despised in the world — what is viewed as nothing — to bring to nothing what is viewed as something, so that no one may boast in his presence. It is from him that you are in Christ Jesus, who became wisdom from God for us — our righteousness, sanctification, and redemption, — in order that, as it is written: 'Let the one who boasts, boast in the Lord.'" (1 Cor. 1:27-31) "Therefore, if anyone is in Christ, he is a new creation; the old has passed away, and see, the new has come!" (2 Cor. 5:17)

If someone argues that a former promiscuous woman is "damaged goods" and questions whether a Christian young man should marry her, remember Rahab. She was a Canaanite prostitute but became a mother in the lineage of Jesus. God redeemed her, cleansed her, and Salmon married her.

There isn’t just one way to view it From $800, made $1000 ($200 profit) Added $100 (only lose so far) to $1000 = $1100 (bought second cow) Sold for $1300 ($200 profit) $200 - $100 = $100.00 Your calc treats as two separate transactions with two separate capital Mine treats as just one transaction with same capital from beginning, only adding the extra $100

@dr_ericberg Atherosclerosis isn’t caused by one thing. LDL cholesterol, blood pressure, smoking, insulin resistance, and inflammation all play roles. No specific foods “clean arteries.” Diet helps risk over time it’s not a direct fix.

Clogged arteries are not caused by fat, they’re a result of high insulin and inflammation. Eat foods that lower insulin and support nitric oxide, like red meat, arugula, and pumpkin seeds. See how to clean your arteries naturally with the right foods. drbrg.co/48RB5Zp
