@NavinFS @moultano I'm not bothered much by cookie banners, so maybe it's just that I don't notice, but I don't remember seeing any cookie banners with uBlock enabled. I've just checked every of the four EU websites OP shared and all the banners disapper with uBlock.

I am so so sick of accepting cookies. The EU has subtracted a similar number of minutes from my life, on purpose, as an environmental toxin that they would ban.

@HumanChauvinist @olson_dan Really? I use rebase all the times, to reorder/edit/rename/remove commits. And of course to merge changes, when doing it properly I never had the issues you describe (and even if there are issues, just rebase to fix it again).

@olson_dan Weird stuff always happens when merge conflicts are resolved during git rebase. Like duplicated lines of code, for example. And other people’s commits appearing in the PR diff. Never seen one good use of git rebase besides squashing commits.

Every once in a while one of these pops up on my timeline and reminds me that I live in a completely different universe. I haven't synced for probably 24h. I'm 2,900 changelists behind head. My VCS doesn't have a "rebase" option. WTF is "rebase"?

@asheuriii Fair, but I think the word "fake" is bad optics. It was the first thing I read from this discussion and I don't think it looks particularly good. Obviously she's hurting the cause more with attacking people for pointing out immorality of non-vegans.

@asheuriii Do you mean fake as in "still exploits animals" or as in "for the wrong reasons"? From what I understand, the person you're arguing against is at worst the latter. I agree with you that there are a lot of dumb vegans but I still think we should not attack them for it.

@privacy_guides What? You can easily upload/download media/software as many times as you want, anything physical is inherently restricted in this regard. If I sell a book I can guarantee that realistically less than 5 people read it, the same does not hold for an eBook.

Vegans actually are morally superior to non-vegans and I am tired of pretending they aren't.
