Everything people say & do is a result of genes they were born with, and the environment they grew up in - neither of which they had any choice in. Be kind.

A man went to dinner in Europe last night.
Paid $11 for a full meal.
$6 for a glass of wine that would cost $18 in America.
The waiter didn’t need a 25% tip to survive.
The restaurant paid him a living wage.
He took public transit home.
Clean. On time. $2.
No car payment. No insurance bill. No $4 gas.
He didn’t win the lottery.
He didn’t get a raise.
He just lives in a country that decided basic life shouldn’t cost everything you have.
Then he remembered he was American.
And flew home to his $2,300 rent and $500 health insurance premium.

@MrImranPk At this point, Iran is more appealing than US as a holiday destination (even during this war)
English

@JoJoFromJerz ...and what are you doing about it? While your country is ravaged for generations, all you guys seem capable of is posting angry comments.
English

@TXMCtrades If just a fraction of any of this would happen in any democratic European country, all hell would break loose. People would protest and shut the whole government down. It just would not be tolerated. Why are Americans so damn servile?
Generational damage is being done!

The president taking just shy of 2 billy from taxpayers to give to his chosen supporters is just the latest in the broad daylight fleecing of this country for personal gain that already includes several billion dollars of crypto, pay for play from foreign entities like UAE and Justin Sun, over 3K stock trades, his sons investing in companies that soon after get defense contracts, etc. This latest story has barely gotten any headlines because so much noise is pumped into the airwaves already. We are actively eroding our institutions and lowering the bar for future grifters to care even less about norms and propriety. This is a land grab of historic proportions. Makes the Bidens' self dealings look like lunch money. The people wanted a chaos agent and they're getting the business end of the hose now.

@CryptoTice_ Norway developed its "sovereign wealth" by nationalizing the future development of its oil industry. What revenue is Trump planning on nationalizing? Before you say tax revenue, remember we operate at a deficit.
English

BREAKING:
Trump just signed it.
The U.S. Sovereign Wealth Fund.
By executive order.
America is about to do what Norway.
Saudi Arabia. Singapore. UAE have done for decades.
Take national wealth. Invest it. Grow it. Forever.
Norway's sovereign wealth fund: $1,700,000,000,000.
America's: just getting started.
- The U.S. government already said it will never sell its Bitcoin.
- The U.S. Treasury Secretary calls Bitcoin a payment rail.
- The U.S. SEC Chair says all markets will be on-chain within two years.
Now a U.S. Sovereign Wealth Fund.
What do you think they're going to put in it.

@NAFOvoyager Why Ukraine would help the US, after Trump and his disciples sided with Russia, is beyond me...

@_InfoGram_ When did we get to the place where regimes that back Iran and the terrorists they support get applauded and the USA and Israel get demonized? The media has really done a number on western civilization. We will regret the day we ever turned our backs on these two countries.
English

🇮🇱Netanyahu at 7:00 PM — “EU, back us against Iran or you’ll lose who you are.”
🇪🇸 Pedro Sánchez at 8:00 PM –– 🔥 “Support Israel? Not happening. I’m getting the EU together to pitch a full Israel boycott and cut all ties.”
“This Tuesday. We might make a big move based on how Israel’s acting.” 🫡
What a leader, He is the SPINE of Spain🇪🇸 🔥

@PaulClarkebtc How about climate, and cultivable soil? There's a reason why big parts of Norway are barely populated. Canada and Australia has similar issues. Very expensive to overcome...

Japan is same landmass as Norway, worse topology, and have significant natural disasters recurring, few natural resources, and one of the least diverse demographies
they have 100 million population and 3rd largest GDP
what can we learn from the Japanese? 🇳🇴❤️🗾
ℝ𝕊@RS30002
@ToreRasm Okay, but do you dare dream of Norway of 10 million (legit, not paper) Norwegians??? Dont give me "we have no space", you have a giant country!
English

@hazelgrace026 @IRANinZIMBABWE Actually, Russia trying to rip NATOs head off with the help of USA and Israel has already cut his balls off. I'm sure some people could AI an edited picture for you, but I'm not one of them.
English

@waitbutwhy I'm curious what the result would be in US only. Can you see that anywhere?
English

@TXMCtrades This has to be a joke..? Or something (other than real news)
English

@17frosted @Number10cat You have my sympathy. Must be horrible to be one of the sane ones over there in Little Gilead
English

@JonDigene @Number10cat It will. I was being sarcastic.

I want to know more about the 32% of Americans who are looking at the demonstrably deranged and deteriorating Trump and saying: "yep, that's still the guy for me! Four more years!"

@17frosted @Number10cat "Some"? It's 1/3 of your country. And I'm just gonna assume most of them have guns. I predict this is going to get very ugly.

@DogecoinNorway Dette het "negerbolle" all den tid jeg spiste slike, men det begynner å bli et par ti-år siden jeg spiste en sist. Jeg antar de følte de måtte skifte navn til noe annet her. Syd-havs bolle kanskje?
Norsk

@marv1nfcb This looks like it can only be done safely in a sim. They have some balls, that's for sure.
English

@spinfisher You're talking about 30-40% of the population of US, still (!). So, whatever is wrong with them, it's pretty common...
