The more time I’m away from the TV industry the more insane I think that particular industry is. Contracts to bind you to a limited amount of money. Want to leave? Nope. They want you to leave, yep. Why is anyone signing a contract these days? companies are begging for employees.

One of the wildest tornadoes I’ve ever shot. @ReedTimmerUSA launched the drone and I took over the sticks so we could scoop in behind it. Saw multiple houses getting shredded. Send your thoughts to the locals, this was a bad one.

@KRimcoski No known occurrence where the sun and moon appear the same size during eclipse revealing the corona. Moon is 400x smaller than the sun but also the sun is 400x further away than the moon.

Totality at 1:44pm in Texas. Stars/planets were visible, crickets started chirping, temp dropped, street lights came on. It is no coincidence this kind of thing doesn’t happen anywhere else in our universe. Thank you God for giving us such an amazing place to live.

Holy moly, captured so many solar prominences today during the eclipse!

SUPER COOL! Did you notice a red dot coming out of the sun during totality? That’s a prominence. They happen occasionally to often, but are often small. So the chance to have one during an eclipse is not very common, but not super rare. BUT the chance they are big enough to be seen by the naked eye during an eclipse is. Pretty special! A prominence is a plasma (hot gas) trapped in a magnetic 🧲 field loop coming out of the sun. 🌞
