"After 7 years with an unblemished record as an Acute Medicine Nursing Assistant at Pilgrim Hospital, I was dismissed for reposting a government screenshot on illegal immigration—on my PRIVATE, restricted social media account. No patient complaints. No impact on my work. Just a lawful opinion in my own time. Now fighting for unfair dismissal & discrimination. This isn't just about me—it's about every NHS worker's right to private political views without losing their livelihood. First hearing cost £15k. 5-day trial in 2027 could hit £50k. I can't do this alone. Stand with me for truth, justice, fairness & free speech. Every donation helps change this for all public sector workers. Donate & share: [link to your fundraiser, e.g. givesendgo.com/standwithamy or fightforamy.com Thank you ❤️🇬🇧 #StandWithAmy #FreeSpeech #NHS #Justice"

Judge Daniel Sawyer, who sits in Portsmouth, stood accused of breaching judicial guidance on social media & abusing his position by targeting Charlotte Proudman on X. He’s a woke coward who also tried anonymously to expel me from the Bar (see next post). thetimes.com/article/68b6c2…

You’ve got to hand it to @guardian. This article manages to portray something as trivial as the opening of a Gail’s in north London as a microcosm of the newspaper’s warped view of the Palestinian-Israeli conflict. It’s little more than repackaged Soviet antisemitism, where rapacious, capitalist, colonialist Jews are quietly victimising innocent, charitable Arabs who, the article ludicrously implies, are somehow indigenous to Archway. This is The Guardian opinion page in its comfort zone: quietly and subtly encouraging anti-Israeli sentiment among its readers. But the newspaper has been found out, and social media users are having none of it.

This is completely fatuous. Man who is now a full time judge having previously been part time criticised the odious Proudman ... and that is relevant to judge alone trials??? Just absurd nonsense.

@FaringForwards @BarristerSecret Daniel Sawyer was a part-time judge at the time of his Proudman tweets (see Times) & hence he shouldn’t have been criticising a barrister in public (ie X). There are no “professional constraints” that are obviated by anonymity, a cloak that is often used by cowards. @Fox_Claire

Replies of course turned off. - He wasn’t a judge at the time - He wrote an entirely responsible blog, anonymous only because of professional constraints, rather like @BarristerSecret - His identity was barely concealed not least given recondite hobbies he constantly referenced - Hs rightly criticised Proudman who, not for the first time or anything like it, made tendentious and irresponsible claims about a subject she knew little about (criminal trials) - To suggest this was harassment or misogynistic is not merely absurd but defamatory - Indeed, it deprives those terms of real meaning. Which you wouldn’t think Proudman would support. - I’m afraid Proudman looks ever more like a bad faith actor who despite her commitment to helping the disempowered is also committed to chasing publicity and building a sort of sub-Maugham brand: Dr Pepper to his Kool Aid. - She should stick to charging £20,000 for her skeleton arguments. I’m sure they are as brilliant as they are reliable.

(1/4) Judge HHJ Daniel Sawyer is accused of targeting a female barrister @drproudman with an anonymous social media campaign. The complaint was initially accepted for investigation by the Judicial Conduct Investigations Office — but later dropped.

Excellent interview in which JH distinguishes btwn: • formal definition, with the need for there 2b a intention to encourage hatred against Muslims & • practical implementation, where anti-Muslim intent will simply be inferred to silence those raising legitimate issues.

‘Islamists will exploit Labour’s “Islamophobia” ban’ UK terror tsar Jonathan Hall KC on how the ‘anti-Muslim hostility’ definition will chill free speech and embolden sectarians. Watch and let us know what you think below👇

Well done @danneidle on striking a blow for 3speech It wasn’t just wealth that enabled Dan 2fight & win - he also had courage & strength of conviction What he says about libel law being used to intimidate most folk is true, but applies generally in litigation &needs addressing
Dan Neidle@DanNeidle

A tax barrister sued me personally for £8m for libel after we linked him to a tax avoidance scheme. Today the High Court struck out the claim, granted summary judgment, and ruled it was a SLAPP. The judgment is highly critical.

Amid the hysteria of the BLM Terror, I was offered an exciting opportunity by Sky News to participate in an unconscious bias course to root-out my white privilege. I say "offered", which suggests it was optional, which it wasn't. The course was, of course, meretricious, grifting bunk. "Diversity", for much of the MSM, is increasingly a fig-leaf for group-think, activism and grievance mongering. Hilariously, so many of the people who work in our legacy media think of themselves as being part of the counter-culture. In reality they are Establishment stooges and a grudging block on true cognitive diversity.
Press Gazette@pressgazette

A new report from the Sir Lenny Henry Centre for Media Diversity has found diversity initiatives in UK TV newsrooms are falling short, with 63% of 80 journalists surveyed saying they experience racism at work bcu.ac.uk/research/media…
