Pretty cool watch, glad we got that documented and will be a cool rewatch every once in a while (just need a Michigan only version without the Kansas bullshit) 2 things stood out to me. Really loved the LJ Cason stuff, gonna root so hard for him in the future. Lastly, and this isn’t a bit lol. Cannot believe how many positive plays Roddy Gayle made in every single game down the stretch. What an end to his career man.

Claude > Perplexity I used to really like Perplexity for its browser-based assistance that could take over and handle things for you, but Claude has that now too and the responses are a lot more helpful and feel more like they’re going in the direction you want, without needing as much prompting. Gemini is still the best for image generation.

Bid cap at $23 now spending $2-4K a day at 3.27x ROAS. We launched a CBO bid cap campaign. First cap at $25: Meta spent at $34 CPA. Way above target. Decreased to $20: Meta barely spent. $11 in a day. Tested $23: Meta started spending the full budget at $16 CPA. That $3 difference between $20 and $23 was the sweet spot. From there we just kept increasing the daily budget. CPA stayed below $23 the entire time. The bid cap controls the cost. You control the volume. This is the most profitable and predictable way to scale we have found.
