@TDMoreEhh @Topps @CardPurchaser What format was the photo you submitted? For some reason, they reject iPhone photos in the .HEIC format. I ran into the same thing with a recent damage claim that they rejected initially and then accepted once I submitted the proof of purchase as a JPG

I submitted a defective card submission to @Topps for this Chourio auto with a pic of my receipt from the hobby box it came in (LCS) and they denied it. What can I do? @CardPurchaser

@CardPurchaser Been buying Ohtani chrome cards since the set came out at around $12-13 per card. By my last count, I have around $2200 in buyback cards now
