I think we need to build this. I designed this below image, representing Lewis and Clark on the Mississippi in the style of Argonath. At $1 Billion or more, I think it can be done.

On January 6th I followed the crowd into the Capitol and shouted. Police stood by the whole time, hanging out with us and sometimes directing us places. At one point near the House Chambers I was walking downstairs when a trio of some special section, secret service looking men started pointing guns in my direction. Confused and annoyed, I walked the other way and when I saw a normal police officer asked him why they were doing that. He informed me a protestor (Ashli Babbit) had been killed, and advised me to leave the building. I walked towards the exit and after a short rest on the bench I left. I harmed nobody and damaged no property that day and complied with all police orders. What I received for that was a pre-dawn raid at my parents house, where my 1 month post-partum wife and I were staying, on Biden's first day in office. His DOJ had signed the order to arrest me 3 hours after his inauguration. In the subsequent weeks I received death threats online and harassing phone calls, something that would be ongoing for the next few years. I was banned from Meta and Paypal. My wife and I were both debanked by PNC and banned from Airbnb. My wife was detained at the airport for hours with our newborn daughter. I was charged with 4 misdemeanors and the 1512 unconstitutional felony. The government offered to drop the misdemeanors if I pled to the felony. The felony was a lie, so I refused and went to trial. At trial the prosecution for 2 days straight was allowed to show footage to the jury of things that occurred around the Capitol I wasn't present for "for context." When we asked to put forward footage that contradicted the prosecution's "context" we were not allowed. They could show what they wanted, we could not. Police officers were then put on the stand for the next 2 days who cried about their experiences. I had no idea who they were. They admitted they never saw me or interacted with me. Nevertheless like every other J6er, I lost, and was sentenced to 4 years and $22k in fines and restitution. Yet even after the Supreme Court overturned the felony, the judge would not let me out until my misdemeanor sentences of a year were maxed out. Because she can't count she actually kept me in longer - to the extent she intervened at the last minute to make the prison release me on a Sunday, something that is against BOP rules. My family sat outside the prison gates the Friday before practically the whole day waiting in vain because of this pettiness. But the government wasn't satisfied with their pound of flesh: after my release they took me back in for resentencing, to attempt to have me resentenced after the fact to my misdemeanors consecutively, so I'd be taken from my family again and have another 1.5 years behind bars. This time I won, as they had no legal precedent and it skirted on violating double jeopardy since I had served my full prison time. Even still, it cast a cloud over the holidays and cost me another 20k my family couldn't afford. People ask whether prison was bad, and yeah of course prison sucked. It was a hard and violent place. I was present for a stabbing, and was lucky to avoid two fights and a race war. But dealing with Biden's DOJ and the DC Judiciary was the real trauma - they would grind down your spirit by weaponizing the legal system and use the endless procedure to bankrupt you. I had nightmares for months after release that I had somehow been hit with new charges. By the time I was pardoned by President Trump, I had spent literally every single day of Biden's presidency either in prison or under some form of supervision. I had incurred over $300k in legal fees and over $1 million in lost business. It was a reign of terror, and yet it was a mere foreshadowing of what they had planned for anyone else who opposed them under Kamala. The country should never forget it.

@JonRicca @FreeRangeKids Yes but the reality is nowhere near all the kids are good enough to play on a travel team and parents need to acknowledge their kid just isn’t good enough. It’s a parent problem as well as a money grab problem.

@FreeRangeKids Travel ball is more competitive. If you want kids to just have fun put them in little league. What’s wrong with kids wanting to play on the best teams with the best competition? As far as the money spend goes. Nobody is forcing parents to spend this money. They do it willingly.

Republican senators are basically going to block voting on the policies and issues GOP voters want because Donald Trump came out against other RINO senators who blocked voting on the policies and issues GOP voters wanted. Glad to have quality senators.

More than anything else, we the people want the gaslighting to stop. Every failing organization in America, from commercial airlines to government agencies, runs the same meeting: Everyone in the room knows the truth. No one is allowed to say it. That meeting is the problem. Boyd’s OODA loop for solving problems starts with Observe. Lie at step one and every step after is theater. Read that again. If observation is a lie, the entire loop fails. Honesty isn’t a virtue. It’s infrastructure. Fix that first. Everything else follows. We the people know the system is broken. We know the problems. We know that 15 minute delay will become 8 hours. We know the SAVE Act won’t pass this month. We are wide awake. And some of us want revenge. Some want jail for the swamp creatures in DC. Some want to throw away the key. I want accountability too. Not violence. Not revenge. It isn’t the right that’s violent. I today’s left because when you are fed lies you become disoriented and confused and violence appears to be the only way out. What I care about more than revenge is information. Cold hard facts. Who is screwing us. How they are screwing us. Names. Dates. Locations. Intent. That’s why @nickshirleyy, @DataRepublican, and @MikeBenzCyber get millions of views. Half a dozen times @DataRepublican has reached out and offered to investigate a person or problem she sees on my feed. Her most common reply the next day? “Suspicious, but no hard evidence.” Then she moves on. And I thank her profusely. She doesn’t manipulate, spin, or trade in half truths. She publishes verifiable facts. Facts you can use to find solutions to our collective problems. There is a hunger for truth in this country. Why? Why is truth so powerful? Why does the bare exposure of a fact often satisfy more than results? The American spirit. We are the most innovative, most adaptable, most resourceful people on earth. Give us the truth and we will find a way. Maybe not for the whole nation, but absolutely for ourselves and our families. String us along on half truths and a steady diet of lies, and we are paralyzed. Look at Los Angeles. Look at the wildfires. Is there any doubt that most of those families would already be rebuilding if Karen Bass had not lied about cutting red tape? Even if she had said it would take two years to start rebuilding, people would have been furious. Then they would have found temporary solutions. They would have moved, leased, adapted, fought. When you can’t find the facts, when you can’t tell truth from fiction, you freeze. The American spirit runs on truth. Give us the facts. Even ugly ones. Even painful ones. We will find a way. We may even applaud the bad news. Spoon feed us bullshit, and we will hate you. Superman resonated with Americans because he was right True, Justice and the American Way But what they didn’t teach you is that order is critical. Truth THEN Justice THEN the American Way STOP BULLSHITTING US We are Americans. We can handle the hard truth.

I just had the craziest experience at the airport. We are about to board a flight to Atlanta when the pilot from the incoming plane walks out of the jetway. Guy is probably late 50s, salt and pepper hair, military look. The kind of pilot you instantly feel good about seeing on your flight. Pilot walks over to the counter, gets on the PA system, and starts addressing everyone. “Folks, I’ve been doing this a long time. Flying one of these jets is easy. The hard part is looking at 130 people and telling them their flight is going to be delayed.” Audible groans throughout the boarding gate. Most people here are flying to Atlanta as a layover before another flight. 130 people just had their day become a complete mess. The pilot goes on. “I get it, trust me. But here’s the deal: During our landing, we had a small mechanical issue. I’m not your pilot for the next leg, but I don’t feel confident the jet’s safe to fly until we have a mechanical team look it over, and I don’t feel comfortable asking the next pilots to fly you guys until we get confirmation.” He points at the agents next to him behind the counter: “Now, none of this is the agents’ fault. Please be kind to them. I’m the one who made this decision, not them, so any inconvenience you experience is my fault. Just please know that I don’t do this lightly, and I’m only doing it because I believe it’s in the best interests of everyone’s safety.” Now this is where the story gets crazy. The pilot puts the microphone down, grabs his suitcase, and all the people in the gate… Start clapping. I’m not joking, everyone starts clapping for the guy. 130 people who just had their travel plans ruined give an ovation to the guy who made the decision and delivered the message. All because he addressed them with decency and transparency, took ownership of the decision, made it clear that it was necessary, and explained why it was in everyone’s best interest. It’s honestly one of the best examples of strong communication—of strong leadership, for that matter—that I’ve seen in a long time. @Delta, whoever your Atlanta to Wichita pilot was this morning, he’s one of the good ones. Please tell him the delayed passengers of flight 1637 appreciate what he did.

Speaker of the TN House Cameron Sexton just removed me and every Democrat — and therefore every Black elected official in the state legislature from any committee we served on. This move strips nearly 2 million Tennesseans from the representation they deserve in TN state leg.

I want to tell you a landlord story. Once we paid first, last, and deposit, we had only that much left in the account. One of our kids was 4. One was 3 months old. We had one tradesman’s income to live on. The rent felt a little high but the house had 3 little bedrooms on a rural road, and it felt perfect. Our landlord was a local guy who’d gotten married to a woman who had higher aspirations than a 1000 square ft ranch from 1990. He wanted us to treat it like our own and never move. When I was diagnosed with cancer that fall and the rent was late, he said to let that month go. For 12 years, he never raised our rent. He paid for anything that broke. He hired John to improve the house. When he finally raised the rent, he also offered to sell us the house without listing it. He said he’d realized he wasn’t ever coming back, and we cared for it. There are landlords like that. But Black Rock is not. And if we let local governments abuse landlords, all the independents will sell and Black Rock will be all we have. Trust me, the big guys want *more* rules, and it will give young families fewer options. Thank you Ted. You told us the day we signed that you were the world’s best landlord, and it was true.

BREAKING: Notice has just been given to Democrats in the Tennessee House that all members of the Democrat Caucus are being removed from all standing committees and subcommittees as a result of their behavior in the statehouse during the redistricting debates last week, which included setting fires inside the Capitol and attacking law enforcement. In the state of Tennessee, political terrorism will not be tolerated. National Republicans take note that this is how you exercise power.
