@dgwbirch Its more about manipulation of markets. The ‘bad-guys’ tried to restrict supply of tickets to drive up prices. In your example the reverse could happen. A bitcoin at market price, say at $X and then 100k coins flooded the market. in order to make prices fall, would you be happy?

If I buy a Bitcoin because I think it will go up, that is OK, but if I buy a Coldplay ticket (using Rachel Reeves example on Radio 4 just now) because I think it will go up, that is bad. Right?

@IsraeliPM I do hope that that missiles from Yemen and the thousands of unguided projectiles fired towards Israeli cities are considered as 'War Crimes'! Targeting civilians with the sole intent to kill or maim is as much a war crime as anyone could imagine.
