Dan, when I was in prison for Jan 6th in Fort Worth, I was able to tune in to your Saturday podcast. You gave me hope during a very dark time for me. I have my physical freedom back but so much is still lost. I was very excited to learn you were joining the FBI. My 76 year old husband and I were basically swatted during their infamous 6 am raid with 15-20 armed FBI and other LEO at my quiet suburban town over Christmas break to make it clear to all our neighbors what was happening. After they cuffed me and took me off to the federal courthouse, they stayed en force and searched our house. I was never read any rights. They refused to show me a warrant. I asked to make a phone call, was told I could make it at the courthouse but was never granted a phone call. So many infringements of basic rights. So my hope and others' hope was to see the FBI drastically reformed. That means internal firings and it means stripping pensions such as Andrew McCabe, Peter Strzok, and all others of their ilk. All of the FBI self- congratulations on X are very dis-spiriting to us who voted for more and went to prison for more. I have not outed myself on X until now for my prison stay but all the wonderful arrests of cartel members but nothing else has motivated me. The pardons got us out of prison but have not restored jobs, professional licenses such as mine, financial comfort, reputation, and so much more. We really need pardons of innocence which wipes the "crimes" off of our records.

There are moments in life when you find out who people really are. When I was arrested, everything changed overnight. I had spent my time, my energy, and honestly my entire life advocating for January 6 defendants who were still sitting in prison. I wasn’t thinking about myself. I wasn’t building a safety net. I wasn’t preparing for my own fight. And when it finally came — I had nothing. No money. No plan. Just the reality that I was now in the same position as the people I had been trying to help. That’s when Jonathan Gross stepped in. He didn’t know if it would benefit him. He didn’t ask what he’d gain. He didn’t treat me like a headline. He reached out and offered to represent me for free. I remember being stunned. In a moment when everything felt uncertain, that offer felt like someone throwing you a rope when you’re drowning. It wasn’t just legal help — it was someone showing they actually cared. And that’s who Jonathan is. He’s not just an attorney. He’s a rabbi. A man grounded in faith. Someone committed to Shabbat, to Torah principles, and to defending free speech and constitutional rights — not just in theory, but in real life, when it matters. During the January 6 cases, a lot of lawyers passed through. Very few actually dug in, asked hard questions, and took the time to understand what really happened. Jonathan did. He treated people like human beings — not case numbers. That’s rare. Now Jonathan has left the DOJ and is in private practice, and I think people should know exactly the kind of person he is — because when I had nothing, he stepped forward anyway. That’s not just a good lawyer. That’s a good man. If you’re looking for someone who actually cares, who prepares, and who is willing to fight — Jonathan Gross is someone worth knowing. “To excuse everything afterwards is to permit everything in advance.” — @Jon_Gross Some favors you don’t forget. This is one of them.

4 years lost for standing up for my country. Imprisoned, financially ruined. Myself and my family emotionally damaged. I should have joined MS-13 or stabbed a teen in the chest. Notice I didn’t post my link. I’ll keep scraping and surviving. I’m just making a point at why our side loses constantly. Next time somebody needs to stand up for what’s right remember this. Remember the price they will pay. As rotten to the core as they are the left probably deserves every inch of ground they gain. I can hardly wait to see the comments for speaking truth. Thank you to the handful that did get it.

The FBI intentionally arrested me the Friday before President's Day weekend when a magistrate judge wasn't available, so that I'd spend five days in jail before my release hearing. And utimately, I won my case. I should have never had a mugshot or spent time in county jail!

Democrats were quick to target their political rivals with arrests, but now they're protective of their corrupt judges. Makes sense, when you don’t think about it.

" These things are unprecedented, typically upstanding members of the community who have no criminal history and aren't accused of a violent act are allowed to self surrender at the time of their arraignment." I was a nurse for 30 years, no criminal record, no violent charges from j6. I was held in solitary confinement for 3 months as part of the shock and awe campaign DEMOCRATS ran against all j6ers, even those accused of misdemeanors. YES, IT WAS UNPRECEDENTED. YOU STARTED IT!!

🚨McCABE: Judge Dugan case is solid legally, but the way she was arrested was “unprecedented” and “performative cruelty." "These things are unprecedented, typically upstanding members of the community who have no criminal history and aren't accused of a violent act are allowed to self surrender at the time of their arraignment." "The fact that they did not offer that courtesy to her, and instead went out of their way to treat her harshly, I believe is an act of performative cruelty on behalf of the Department of Justice, which is not the way any Department of Justice should be acting." The Biden DOJ conducted pre-dawn raids to arrest J6’ers with no criminal history and charged with misdemeanors. The same people cheered. This is the only strategy the can come up with to attack Trump, knowing the actual facts of the case are a political loser.

Justice Roberts never cared about J6ers sitting in jail for years without due process. Roberts cares immensely about a Tren de Aragua illegal being sent to a prison in a foreign country. SCOTUS HAS FALLEN.

I was a nurse for 30 years before j6. Georgia took my license away for a misdemeanor that Supreme Court later overturned. I don't just get my license back now because I was wrongly convicted. I'm 61, working as a waitress and reluctantly raising money for a lawyer to help me get my license reinstated. I HATE doing that. But I really have no other way to get the funds.

Most J6ers hate asking for help even though they are barely scraping by. Jay has an advanced degree, but because of the false stigma created by the left, he is one of many J6ers struggling to find a good job.

Alright #J6. I guess I need to cave and take donations. My truck and my mower both took a massive dump. I will post a givesendgo soon. I really did not want to do this.

I hope January 6th defendants- people who never wanted to be in politics - run the tables on the midterm elections. We the people will be better represented by these men and women than the stuffed suits we typically get. I want common good hearted PATRIOTS not the pay for play political old guard.
Ryan Nichols Sr.@RealRyanNichols

🇺🇸 I’ve had people asking me today, “Ryan, I thought you dropped out of the race?” Here’s my answer: I did. I heard the feedback and thought maybe I was running against the wrong guy. I took a step back… until I heard @RepNateMoran speak in person last night in Tyler. Boy, am I glad I went. 🔥 I made a video today, standing in front of my Elect Ryan Nichols for Congress signs, addressing what I saw at that town hall and why I’m throwing my name BACK into the race for TX-01—for good. Moran doesn’t deserve that congressional seat. He’s not listening to East Texans, dismissing due process, and disrespecting the very people he’s supposed to represent. I’m here to give the voice of the people back to District 1. 🗣️ If TX-01 doesn’t want me, they’ll vote for Moran. But we’ll let the voters decide. From this point on, I’m here to stay. Who’s ready to fight for real representation? Let’s do this! 💪 #RyanNicholsForCongress #TX01 #MakeEastTexasGreatAgain #AmericaFirst #EastTexasVoice #VoterChoice #J6Fighter #ViralTruth
