@eBay_UK have taken a lot of money out of my account on a item I sold and the item hasn’t been returned yet, and they are unwilling to deal with the matter.

@johnkel48273451 @frank_oconnor @anoisagency @judesherry I have been involved in construction at one level or another for over 30 years. I know how much construction costs are. It’s approximately 2.5k per square meter, that’s for new build. This doesn’t include the cost of the land to build on.

@JonathanODea @frank_oconnor @anoisagency @judesherry There are many many reasons why houses are derelict and the vast majority are legitimate…..and it would usually cost more to renovate than to build a new one…..people like you don’t understand (or want to)and just think there is a bottomless pit of money to fix up.
