@GayleHaddo233 @ScotRail Happens all the time. Just happened on my train at Dalmuir. Trains already late running and the driver stood yapping for 8 minutes making the train even more late running. No delayed trains infront cause the last once was cancelled so aye

@ScotRail might want to fix your tracker. Supposed to be on our way to Alexandria but still stationary while the driver chats about the old firm on an already late service. Gotta let him finish his conversation though while we still get charged for a shambolic service.

On busy services, every seat counts. If you're in an aisle seat next to an empty window seat, please shimmy over if you can. This makes it easier for other passengers to sit down. Please also keep bags, pets and feet off the seats.
