@ScotRail Hey there Scotrail - I submitted a complaint on the 1st May - its now 28th May....still waiting for a meaningful response (despite you chasing me for an update twice) Any idea when I should hear back - I know you had around 400 complaints that day!!

@livhug28 @ScotRail @livhug28 good luck with getting your delay repay claim from @ScotRail mine is still pending after 28 days which is the legal limit lol plus the complaints team are the same team which deal with delays so i wont bother complaining either

@ScotRail Last train from Armadale to Cumbernauld via Glasgow queen street cancelled so had to fork out £50 on a taxi 🙄

I wonder if @ScotRail are going to refund me my taxi fare home after there joke of a service last night, cancelling trains and leaving passengers stranded🤷‍♀️

@McCannRachel13 @AvantiWestCoast If it is displayed in the board which it looks like it is then you can board at Liverpool lime street can be when ever the train gets in normally as it goes on the board and the cleaners clean while your on it, so can be sometimes nearly an hour before it leaves lol

@AvantiWestCoast It's not a specific train issue, it's always like this. The train is there, staff are on it, why do passengers have to stand on a cold platform rather than board ? Comfort of passengers and also improving boarding efficiency by getting people on and sorted quicker

@AvantiWestCoast The train is in the station, the station is a terminus, the staff are here... I've been saying this for twenty years but why do we have to stand on the platform in the cold !

I have just spoken to one of the train managers at London euston, he doesnt think the 12:34 @AvantiWestCoast Manchester-london is 20 coaches, does anyone know if it is?

@AvantiWestCoast @NetworkRailEUS Hi Network Rail/Avanti, just wondering while the football fans come off of the manchester trains tomorrow will all other trains including @AvantiWestCoast have to be delayed boarding or will there be a system in place to keep London euston moving

@AvantiWestCoast @NetworkRailEUS During the football rush but going outbound to liverpool Ive no idea if Network Rail have put a system in plac for these football fans and big events happening around euston, i Really hope your trains depart on time
