A "TEEN TAKEOVER" brawl just erupted inside a Chipotle in Navy Yard, DC.
Diners were TRAPPED inside while teens were BEATING EACH OTHER with TODDLER HIGHCHAIRS in front of families trying to eat dinner.
This is the CAPITAL of the United States of America.
