A great day yesterday for my Ph.D. course in international trade at @UMN_Econ! Every year since 2001 (except 2020), we end the course on a Saturday and the students, present their group research projects during the morning and then I take everyone for lunch.

What does thinking about research looks like? Like this… like chaos… 👌🏻

It’s so sad to witness years of democratic improvements in your country being destroyed in a few months by an authoritarian government. Mexico 🇲🇽 deserves way more than this.

@MGF91 Y atender la informalidad! Entre más se acerque el salario mínimo a un nivel de reserva y de productividad del empleo, más incentivos puede haber para individuos y empresas de escapar regulaciones e impuestos hacia la informalidad.

#DebateINE La verdad están terribles las candidaturas presidenciables de México. Todas. México merece más. Hay más y mejores mexicanas y mexicanos ahí afuera, necesitamos una democracia que los lleve a las posiciones de decisión. Estos partidos y candidaturas dan tristeza.
