Dear Panther community, We are happy to share the latest weekly development update with y’all! This week's update includes multiple protocol & governance updates: ✅Panther’s DAO Guards & Vault functionality has been completed and tested ✅An issue with the AMM voucher has been fixed ✅A proof generation error with sequential transactions has been fixed ✅Adding KYT to the protocol has been completed, and it is currently being tested by compliance provider @PureFi_Protocol We will continue to keep you posted while we progress towards PIP-34 to launch Panther’s Mainnet! ZK all the things, onwards!

Panther’s latest DAO proposal, PIP-31, has passed! The DAO has decided that 5.1M $ZKP will be minted for the Mainnet deployment on @0xPolygon. These $ZKPs will be used to fund protocol incentives, initial liquidity, PRP redemption, and the protocol’s subsidy pool. Keep an eye out for the next PIP! Panther’s Mainnet activation is near.

Vitalik Buterin says @ethereum has sacrificed way too many core values—like decentralization, privacy, and financial self-sovereignty—just to chase mass adoption. He stresses that this has to end now. According to Vitalik, starting in 2026, Ethereum needs to zero in on reclaiming those lost values by: - Boosting private payments. - Making it easier to run nodes. - Building truly decentralized apps that don't rely on centralized servers. - Giving users better control over their data and assets. Panther’s latest DAO proposal, PIP-30, has passed! Panther Protocol will now be expanded to @base its mainnet, enabling privacy-preserving deposits and withdrawals for a curated set of assets while preserving full parity with the @0xPolygon deployment. The Base deployment operates under the same decentralized governance model, maintaining DAO-level control and emergency response capabilities. As this proposal was focused on the backend of Panther Protocol, keep an eye out for PIP-31 and PIP-32 as they include the finalized dApp (frontend) of Panther’s mainnet and the proposed mainnet rewards parameters. Onwards!

PIP-30 is now LIVE for voting! This proposal seeks approval to deploy and activate Panther’s Mainnet on @base. The deployment expands Panther’s privacy-preserving infrastructure to Base while maintaining protocol consistency, risk controls, and governance oversight. The Base deployment introduces a new privacy zone with strict daily limits, @PureFi_Protocol compliance enforcement, and Reality.eth–based governance control, ensuring the same security and regulatory posture as existing deployments.
