Dear @SpaceXAI and @elonmusk, I want to use Grok as my main AI for everything- for creative story writing, bouncing ideas off for work, building apps and Grok has been really helpful for mental self reflection. But I find myself now limiting my time using it and having to rely on your competitors so I don't waste the credits I'm paying for. Please fix the limit rates. I want you guys to succeed, but right now it feels too steep to use Grok consistently.

@dom_lucre That’s it. See the empty parking lot? I was there on a weekday. The big building is the playground—Boring Bodega. X offices are smaller than that. I camped out there. Virtually NO ONE works there.

It has been 96 days since I have been demonized, the only transparency I got on that day was this screenshot from Nikita claiming it would be 90, despite that, nobody from their team has responded to me and Premium is telling me to wait on an appeal when even Grok told me it would be automatic. Has the goal post moved yet again? Did X ever care about this AI video that was posted with the “post video feature? I’m not a jihadist so I guess that means I’m not special enough to even get a reply while creators like Sneako get private phone calls. People don’t have to like me to see the problem here because what can happen to me can happen to you. X randomly monetized me for a few days in May and took it away and I said nothing publicly, I sent Bier a dm and I am still waiting. Premium told me in May it was being looked into and nobody reached back so imagine my trust when premium now tells me to wait and file. No other app attempts to play with your mental the way X does. I just can’t imagine the mental positions this system has put people in. If this was any other app the monetization would have been automatic after it was clearly alluded to being automatic, the only excuse could be moving the goal post and validating that the AI video was never the real problem. I am currently monetized on every other social media except X and I post on them all daily, that says a lot. I never started attacking X or their execs but they give more time to the people that wish death on than they do from the people that are waiting on answers.

Elon fired everybody. Nikita Bier posted in February that X has 30 employees. No one, as in human, is taking in our feedback and addressing complaints. I know all too well. I’ve spent the last 8 months which led me to the doors of X headquarters on an odyssey to restore my wrongly suspended account. Your idea of how X is run is false. I guarantee that. It’s barely an afterthought to Elon. He bought it. Gutted it. Set up AI to run it and if you don’t like it, even if you’re a premium plus subscriber, no one cares. 🤷🏻‍♀️

My dad and I were talking about how posting here our complaints re AI, well it’s listening, it’s training. It can easily identify its enemies. I can’t understand how in the course of my lifetime we can have a hit film like Terminator and The Matrix and then create that very structure around us to hand over the reins to. Surreal.

I look at it like a timeline—industrialization, automation, digitalization—it was all supposed to make our lives better and in the end it will have the complete opposite effect. My X account in the grand scheme of things is not critical infrastructure, but if they plan to let artificial intelligence oversee true things of importance—utilities, nuclear reactors, medicine, warfare, etc.—I shudder to think what’s to come.

I trusted X. I trusted Grok. Before posting, I asked Grok whether my videos complied with X’s monetization policies. It repeatedly indicated they were safe. I published those videos in good faith. Then my account was demonetized. I appealed. Months passed without meaningful human review. My reach collapsed from millions of engagements each week to almost nothing. I was encouraged when Nikita spoke about improving transparency and fixing algorithmic issues. That’s exactly what content creators and news reporters need. I’m not asking for special treatment. I’m asking for consistency. If X’s own AI says content is compliant, creators should be able to rely on that guidance. If the AI is wrong, there should be a clear review process with an explanation, not months of silence while a creator’s work disappears. Transparency isn’t just good for creators. And they all seemed to switch to AI together - that's the weirdest part. One day we have actual customer service and blam! It's gone. Trying to work with AI to find the answer to a problem is like dealing with someone with a learning disability. Keeps looping back to awful beginning again and again!

Let me add this to the story. My dearest friend in the world—we met when I was a child and her parents started attending my father’s church, this just happened to her account as well. She believes it’s intentional censoring bc of our Christian identity. I was watching a John Barnett (DTBM Ministries) teaching on YouTube and he mentioned the very same thing happens to his account on X. He said “thousands of hours of teachings gone in an instant.”
